Is is set up off the court for privacy and has a fabulous view from the back deck and nice local view from the front. It's midway between North Auburn and Grass Valley so very convenient to commute either way. The sprinkler system is in, yard is low maintenece. It has a huge fenced dog kennal....or area could be cultivated to make it secure from deer allowing less challenging gardening. Neighborhood Description This is such a nice quiet neighborhood!.....When I used to take walks....I rarely had a car pass and for some reason few people even out in their yards. Comforting to know you have neighbors.....but it's as if you don't.
