This home is wonderful. A big yard to go with it. It is all fenced in. We had bought this house from my husbands father about three years ago. We have children but they are all getting bigger and want their own rooms. I love it because i felt safe with the kids playing outside in the yard and its perfect for dogs too. It needs some work but not to much like doors need to be put on and some painting. Its basically a project house for someone who knows what they are doing. My husband isn't a handy man and never has time to fix anything. The good thing is we just replaced the well pump to the house which is almost 2,000$. We installed a tankless water heater 2 years ago which works great! The electricity is cheap and we love it. We just need more space for our family. Trust me i wouldn't be looking for a new house to buy. This house just needs some one to take care of it and rebuild on and restore some things. Its perfect for a couple.
