Our one- and two- bedroom apartment homes come equipped with a washer and dryer hook-up, as well as additional storage space. Lease Administration Fee: $125.00 non-refundable fee paid at the time of move-in. Utilities: Electricity and cable are the residents' responsibility. Parking is included and is on a first come-first serve basis. There is a monthly fee for Water, Trash and Sewer of $65-$75 per month depending on apartment size. Washers and Dryers are often available for an additional $75.00 per month in all one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Pet Policy: Small dogs and cats are allowed. Weight limit of 35 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. A $350.00 non-refundable pet fee is due for each pet when they move-in. Pet rent is $50.00 per pet per month. Renters Insurance is required at move-in. A copy of the policy's declaration page can be emailed or faxed to the office. Our apartments are SMOKE FREE! There is absolutely NO smoking in the apartments!
