Welcome to beautiful Shell Beach! We are located on a quiet street and walking distance to the beach and dinosaur park. We also offer restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Our fully furnished rental is available for the month of July and August 2026 only. Our home is two stories but the rental just includes the lower floor and roof top deck. We offer a 2 bed/1 bath , front room , kitchenette, laundry room, private yard and access to the roof top deck. Lower floor living has no stairs for ease of access. Access to rooftop requires ability to climb 2 flights of stairs. If you are looking for a gourmet kitchen, this is not the rental for you. We have created a functional kitchenette that allows for basic meals and includes a toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, two burner induction cook top, pots, pans, utensils, mid size refrigerator and basic spices. The sink is located outside within the outdoor kitchenette. Please refer to the pictures showing both the indoor kitchenette and outdoor one. There is also a bbq to take advantage of our great weather. Both bedrooms have great space and comfortable beds. Extra linens are also provided, along with towels. The back bedroom has a nice desk for those who need to work from home. There is a tv in one of the two bedrooms and the front room. This rental is ideal for those looking to get out of the summer heat or possibly a traveling nurse on a short contract. We are a month to month rental only and do require a lease. No animals or smoking. Please note we have plants that must be watered. We have a service that will be doing this during your stay. There are plants in our upstairs area thus we will notify you when they will be watered. Owner pays for utilities. Renter is responsible for cleaning space thoroughly and leave in condition as it was found. If cleaning is required, renter will be charged at a $35 hour rate. Garage will not be available for parking but there will be space for kayaks or bikes.
