We require: - Proof of income 3 times the rent 3 most recent pay stubs and should be on their current job for atleast a year - No evictions - References from past landlords - Should be able to have all utilities in the resident's name We do credit and background checks as well. We only allow 1 pet. There is an extra one time non- refundable pet fee of $350 if you intend to bring a pet and $35 increase in rent for the pet is applied. Application fee is $45 per adult.
