No previous eviction notices to comply, broken leases, money owed to former landlords, and less than 3 late payments within the most recent 12 months. - Credit score of 700 or higher - Credit Score below 700 is denied. - These credit score considerations are required to be met by all applicants. Move-In Costs Include - Non-refundable application fee of $29 per adult and any co-signers - first month's, last month's, and $2500 security deposit
