It is very close to the express ways 80, 94, 294, and 394. It is also very close to transportation, parks, jogging trail, schools, fitness and activity center, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. I am a licensed landlord with the Village of Lansing. Owner pays for water, trash, and sewer. Tenant pays for electric, phone, cable, and internet etc. Security Deposit ranges from $975 to $2925. The actual amount required as a security deposit is determined by full back ground check.This is a pet friendly building. If you have a pet there are restrictions and a non-refundable $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per month rent. The pet deposit is separate from your security deposit. There are a few qualifications that you must meet in order to qualify. 1. You must have an income of no less than $3,500 monthly or $42,000. annually. 2. You must have been on your job for at least a year or in the same industry for at least a year. If you fit this criteria contact me for an appointment to see the condo. If your FICO is below 600 the security deposit required will be larger. We do an extensive background check. Credit Check, criminal background check, current or prior landlord reference, employment verification, and references. Your security deposit is determined by the overall background check not just your FICO.
