Literally 2 minutes from freeway entrances and 10 minute drive from Martinez. Great schools. 1 mile from Raley's and Ace Hardware; minutes from downtown and Safeway. Lots of great local restaurants. I will post some better pictures of the place when I get around to cleaning up the other rooms... sorry most of what I have with the place empty are low res from when we bought it. You are welcome to come by and check the place out though if you don't mind some packing boxes and such being out! 9 or 12 month lease then month to month (and possibly sign a renewed full lease) No smoking and no pets.
