Misty Isles features 6 cottage beachfront apartments; a duplex with two 1-bedroom apartments and a two-story building with two 1-bedroom and two 2-bedroom apartments. Both buildings are right on the beach. Enjoy outside seating area and beautiful ocean views from the shared balcony/porch. Play beach volleyball or grill out! You can watch the sun set into the Gulf of Mexico every day, relax and unwind while listening to the waves and seabirds. When you stay at this terrific location, you will be provided detailed check-in instructions 24-48 hours before your stay. (this will include a lock box & wifi code for the apartment). If your rental unit has already been cleaned and inspected by our staff you may request an early check in, otherwise, you are welcome to check in any time after 4pm! Neighborhood overview Redington Shores is a peaceful, tranquil beach community with memorable sunset located just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from Downtown St Petersburg or Clearwater Beach. Getting around Restaurants and shopping, golf and tennis are nearby. Free trolley along Gulf Blvd, public transportation, taxis, or rental cars make getting around quite easy. Uber or taxi from either Tampa International or St Petersburg airport is always available. Other things to note Pets: Pet Fee $75 Please notify us at booking if you will have a pet, Size and Breed are required for permission. We try to provide all the necessary things to make our guests feel at home; linens, bath towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, wash cloths, dish soap, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster. If you need anything extra or need beach chairs/towels, please visit one of the convenience stores located nearby or send us a quick message. If we have some chairs left inside a storage bin, you are always welcome to borrow. Laundry on site - washer and dryer in the shed and are coin-operated. Free parking on premises with a parking pass provided at the time of check-in. Please note; one parking spot per unit. If you are expecting visitors, please notify the manager.
