All hazardous Fir trees removed 2003 - replaced with small ornamental trees. Neighborhood Description: Busy 30 mph Arterial but quiet other times. Updated road improvements 2009, including sidewalks on both sides but no bike lanes. Good schools in the Edmonds SD-Seaview, and easily walkable Meadowdale Middle & High Schools and St Thomas More. Excellent light, faces W. Backyard has cul-de-sacs on each side; so more peaceful. Ramblers appreciate far quicker and for more money per SF than all other floor plans!
