$299k. Firm. 1st floor. Always rents for more and easier than higher floors. Period. Being able to skip the elevator is a huge thing that guests look for. We had 359 nights rented last year. Brings in about $50k per year. Splash is different than any other resort because of the Indoor WaterPark. Also, it has a lot less (about 1/2 of the average) condos than other resorts. Less crowded and less supply, with higher demand. Bought for $266. $271 after closing costs. Spent about $15,000 on completely brand new air conditioning system, faux wood tile floors in master, appliances, love seat/twin convertible bed. Sleeps 8 with King, 3 bunks, Queen convertible, Twin convertible, and 2 Full Bathrooms. We are only selling because we already own several others all in Splash.
