The apartments are a gated community. Neighbors are really sweet. The rent is $1160, smud is approximately $35 depending on how much you use, that's how much we pay but that's because we leave our lights on a lot, then sewer, trash, and water is $60 total. We put down a deposit if $1160, but we are only asking for $1000. Maintenance comes around each Tuesday to clean the area. This apartment is kept in shape.
