According to their website, the cheapest Studio apartment (only one available at the moment) is 1,540 ranging up to over 2,000. If you google search "Fountains at Point West" in Sacramento, you can see pictures and other information about the complex. I'll list what I can remember here: - Gym included on site - Tennis courts/basketball courts in complex - Covered/assigned garage parking available for $45/mo, regular gated parking available for free (will provide 3 parking passes with the lease take-over - Laundry facilities on site - operated by a charge card - will provide the card (normally 5 bucks) with lease takeover, and any remaining balance is yours (it's not connected to a name, just like a gift card) - Amazon HUB locker on site for safe/easy package delivery - 3 pools and 1 hot tub - Dog and cat friendly (extra deposit and pet rent, unless service or ESA animals) - Fully fenced in facility with courtesy patrol - BBQ/Picnic area - Clubhouse - Movie room and free movie rentals - Raquetball court - Free twice-a-month breakfasts on Saturdays Please see their website for a full list of all the amenities.
