Private room in a 4 bedroom one level house. Furnished with a queen size bed, dresser with 4 drawers, 2 drawer side table, and chair. Laminate floors. Large window for natural light, with curtains. Shared bathroom is right outside bedroom and has a shower with a tub. Kitchen is also steps away. Light cooking allowed and must be done within kitchen hours. Please store groceries in the shared refrigerator located in the garage near the room. Please store food in labeled containers to avoid confusion. This is a month to month rental. Rent is due the 1st of each month, $25 late fee after the 5th of the month, $50 after the 8th. Payments can be made with cash, Zelle, or Venmo. No smoking allowed, no alcohol allowed, no drugs allowed. Guests must be approved with sufficient notice with written guest hours, no late night or overnight guests. Street parking available, one car per tenant. Kitchen hours are 630 am - 8pm and must be left clean (dishes washed and trash in trash bins). Amazon deliveries, etc ok but boxes must be broken down and placed in blue trash bin. No food allowed in room to avoid pests and smells, no appliances allowed in room (i.e. microwave or small refrigerator) to keep electric bill down, no loud music or loud TV. Living room, den, dining room and backyard are not included in rent (not a shared space). Must be respectful to other tenants and to owner. No alterations or modifications allowed. No subletting. "Working from home" must be approved but tenant cannot conduct business from home (i.e. no business meeting allowed other than remotely). Quiet hours are 10pm to 530 am. Rental insurance required.
