View then rent my 2-story open concept 1bed/1 bath top floor end unit with a spacious 1,008 square-foot floor plan. I love my spacious living room with its 9-ft ceilings and cozy gas fireplace. Southwest exposure keeps it light & bright. My plants do really well in my home! The large kitchen opens to the dining room and is great for entertaining. I have a separate laundry room with full-size washer/dryer. All appliances stay. My favorite feature is my attached garage. I never have to carry groceries in from the rain! I have a small deck which works great for grilling any time of year. Our complex is almost completely owner-occupied and we like to protect our investments - clean & quiet here. Community clubhouse with workout room, outdoor pool, and hot tub. On Metro busline and within walking distance to newly opened LA Fitness, Starbucks, Bartel Drugs, Rite Aid, Fairwood Library, and Safeway & Albertsons. It's a quick drive to Valley Medical, Fred Meyer, Post Office, and a bit further to the Renton Transit Center, I-405, and SR-167. Nearby is Soos Creek Trail, the Cedar River Trail, and all the retail shopping you need at Westfield Shopping Mall. You're a short ride to SeaTac Airport, making travel by plane easy, should you need to. Water, sewer, garbage, recycle included in rent. Tenant pays power, cable, internet (unless you have WiFi), and phone. Cable, internet & phone are whatever you decide you want. There is no landline here now, FYI. Power runs anywhere from $35 in the summer (no AC) to $80 in the winter - gas & electric. That will depend on how you use heat and hot water, of course, and the gas fireplace, which is pretty much how I heat the place. Although pets are allowed in the complex, I'm not willing to have pets in my condo. You are employed and a non-smoker with impeccable references and an acceptable credit history, as I'll check all these things. I have loved my time here and simply want to move closer to work in Bellevue.
