The community has a swimming pool and a huge open field for children to play. HOA dues are reasonably priced and the community is family friendly. Unlike many new communities, the streets are fairly wide and has a sidewalk. You don't have to worry about driving lanes with cars parked out on the street. As silly as this might sound to many of you, it makes a huge difference when there is a snowstorm and the street is not plowed. Having that extra space makes it easier to maneuver in and out of the community.
