I have been very happy living in this Tapatio model. It has a frontal view outside that most homes in Arizona Traditions do not have. The kitchen is large with upgraded cabinets and a kitchen island. The dining area is spacious and bright in the kitchen. There are a lot of storage spaces in this home with extra pantry space. The casita has a one car garage and the home has a two car attached garage. The casita comes in handy when I have guests stay with me. It has a bedroom, bath and kitchenette area so my guests really like it. The other two bedrooms in my home are split on opposite sides of the home with the great room in between them. My master suite is large enough for a king bed and has a very nice large master bath with a walk-in closet. The other guest bedroom is good sized as well.
