I have a two bedroom 2 bath at The Halsten (you can look up the beautiful amenities) for $2700 from June- Dec (with option to renew at discounted price) - they are in the 3k now- also I am on the first floor with 13ft high ceilings - corner unit-I have the biggest storage unit across the hall which is an additional $180 if needed.
