Also available short term during the months of April through August, 2026., The weekly rate is $$1,500 or $300 per night for Sunday through Thursday nights and $350 per night for Friday and Saturday nights. There is a $150 cleaning fee and the pet fee is $125 and non refundable . Also available monthly from September, 2026 through February, 202$ for $3,500 a month. The "pink house is a cozy ranch style house in a great location, set on almost an acre of land with big live oaks. Very private, as there are only 3 other homes on the road. Located off of Hungryneck Blvd. Close to Town Center. It's only 5 miles to front beach on Isle of Palms. It has a private fenced in backyard with a nice deck for grilling and hanging out. Large den with 2 couches, one has a queen pull out bed. There's a small pull down wall desk in the corner behind the couch. There is a large opening to the kitchen with a counter and barstools so you can see the tv from the kitchen. The kitchen has an attached dining area which opens up to the back deck. There are 3 bedrooms, each having a queen size bed and one of the bedrooms has a 1/2 bathroom attached. There is a smart tv in all of the rooms. There is a full size bathroom with a bathtub/shower and another full bathroom with a shower, which is also the laundry room. The rent includes water, electricity, garbage pick up , Comcast high speed internet and pest control. Linens are also included. There is plenty of parking for a boat and/or RV. Available October 20 through November 23, 2025 Also available December 2025 through March 2026. Can be rented weekly or monthly for any or all of the dates listed. For monthly rental a $1500 deposit is due before move in. For weekly rental a $500.00 deposit will be due before check in. Pets must be disclosed and discussed. Deposits will be returned upon checkout and inspection. Any damage caused, other than normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit. Non refundable pet fee is $125. Landlord pays for water, electricity, Infinity internet, garbage pickup and pest control. If electric bill exceeds $400 per month or $100 per week, renter will be responsible for any overage. Proof of dates and use will be provided. If the water bill exceeds $100 in a month or $25 in a week, renter will be responsible for any overage. Proof of use and dates will be provided. Garbage pick up is every Monday morning. Recycle pick up is the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. If staying more than a month, the air filter will need to be changed. Air filters are located in first hall bedroom closet. Any maintenance issues need to reported immediately.
