    Newly renovated duplex. Lots of great lighting in every room. Starting from the large/covered front porch and into the welcoming living room, down a hall way with a bedroom/closet. There is a stackable washer/dryer in each unit (included in lease). Shower only bathroom, no bath tub. There is a small secondary bedroom that can be used as an office, yoga/exercise space or a guest room. In the kitchen a sub zero fridge/freezer, gas oven/range, sink with garbage disposal and a dishwasher! There is a small room off kitchen for table/eating. Walk out the back door to a large/private (only share with the other duplex tenant). Landscaping is scheduled for mid April. There is off street parking. One space for each unit or always the ease of street parking right out front. Walk to Lake Claire Park, Candler Park Market, popular GiGi's and all the other great spots Lake Claire/Candler Park has to offer. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. We take care of our properties and love our neighbors. We expect our tenants to have the same values. Close neighbors work from home and have small children, we want to be respectful of this. We want to make sure our tenants are also comfortable and can usually resolve any maintenance issues within 24 hours. Being that everything is brand new from the floors to the roof (and everything in between) we don't see there being any! We do not allow pets, possible exceptions for small dogs (under 25 lbs). No smoking. We will ask for a deposit of $2450 with the first months rent. This will be returned after final move out/walk through and will also be more detailed in formal lease agreement. This is not the final month payment. We ask for a one year lease.
