Two neighborhood markets a block away and laundromat is around the corner. Plaza with H-Mart, Chase bank, Extreme pizza and Subway a few blocks away as well. A few muni stops from San Francisco State University and Stonestown. Monthly rent amount includes utilities, no access to washer/dryer though. Renter is responsible for wifi or cable if needed. No smoking. No access to parking in driveway, would need to find street parking, but easy area for public transportation. No pets allowed. Lease agreement would be for 6 months then month to month.
