The school district is excellent, with children attending Greenville Elementary, Cedar Ridge Middle School, North Cache, and Skyview High School. No smoking or vaping. We would like to rent to a single family, not a group of people. Dogs or small pets will be considered on a case by case basis with additional deposit ($1000 for a dog, $250 of which is non-refundable). No Smoking or vaping. Upon request, we will send rental criteria which must be met for our consideration to rent. Security deposit of $2,000 ($500 of which is non-refundable) and first month's rent required when signing the contract. We would like to sign a 14 or 26 month lease so that the lease term begins and ends in the summer. Security Deposit is $2,000, $1,500 of which is refundable.
