    Beautiful home in a quiet and safe neighborhood, right next to community park. This two story home has four large bedrooms and a fifth converted to a work-from-home office. Large comfortable living room with real wood floors and a gas fireplace. Ceramic tile in the kitchen and dining nook. Large kitchen with lots of storage and an island, stainless steel appliances, and a custom built pantry. Full laundry room upstairs with brand new front loading washer. The house has a heat pump that provides plenty of A/C in the summer and very efficient heating in the winter. Two car garage and enough parking for three cars in the driveway. At present, the house has a handicap ramp but if you don't need it, owner will remove the ramp and you will have room to park a fourth car. Lush landscaping in the front, fully fenced back yard. Pets okay with pet rent. Sorry, I cannot approve an in-home daycare. Near the Covington 256th St entrance to Highway 18, (but far enough that you don't hear the traffic). One mile to Covington Hospital and Walmart, two miles to Costco, Safeway, and Fred Meyer. In the Kent School District an easy walk to elementary, middle and high schools. (Crestwood, Mattson, and Kentwood) Owner lives a few miles away. Easy to get hold of me. Tenant is responsible for utilities, trash collection, and internet costs. Owner pays HOA annual fees and assessments for property related items (fencing, paint, roof, etc). However, any assessments by the HOA for landscaping or parking violations are the responsibility of the tenant. This is a non-smoking house. No smoking and no vaping of tobacco or marijuana products in the house (in the garage is okay).
