    This property is 3.6 acres of beautiful country land. It has a seasonal creek that runs down one side and hill top perfect for a home. It has a gentle, sloping pasture and is relatively secluded from neighbors. It has one open side (the pasture), and the rest of the property is tucked up on the hill secluded by a private, woodsy area and overlooking an incredible view of the countryside. This is a perfect spot for raising a family, or retiring in a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. Other surrounding properties in the area have good water and most have electricity. Several years ago, I had a perk and mantel performed, and the land passed for a standard septic system. The property is accessed from Traighli Lane, at which point it is necessary to turn on Ephebe Lane, an undeveloped easement. The property's driveway (which is in need of some improvement) runs parallel with Ephebe Lane and goes over the creek opening into the rest of the land. This property is one of the few that has two escape routes in case of a fire: Ephebe Lane runs between Traighli Lane and Metcalf Lane, both lanes of which go out to McCourtney Road.
