Great place for traveling medical, remote or hybrid workers and/or ski/snowboard enthusiats. A 40 minute drive to Stevens Pass for year round activities.Only 25 minutes to Monroe that has all your shopping and medical needs. Relax in the quiet surroundings of this home. In the fenced backyard you can rest while listening to the river or sit by the fire and roast S'mores over the large in ground firepit. With an open concept kitchen, dining and living room plus floor to vaulted ceiling windows, you have all the natural light you could ever want! The main level offers a queen bedroom and full bathroom with jetted tub/shower. The laundry room with new washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining are and living room is all open concept. Up the stairs you will find an open loft that has a desk, bluetooth printer and keyboard. There is also a trundle bed (2 twin beds). Then, down a short hall is the Master King size bedroom and full bathroom with stand up shower that contains a built in seat. In the front or street side of our home you will have a long driveway that can fit 3+ vehicles in a row. There is a gate that takes you into the backyard/river side of the house. The front door and side doors (French doors) have keypads that you can use a custom code to get in. There is also an outdoor only security camera that views the whole home, along with sensored lights in the driveway and front yard. The neighorhood is small with approx 75 homes. All the neighbors help one another out. Whether borrowing a cup of sugar, buying fresh eggs or keeping an eye out for one another, this is a place everyone feels safe! This will be a six month lease or less depending on when your move in date will be. The final move out date will be June 15th 2026. All deposits (pet deposit, cleaning fee and damage/security deposit) and first months rent due prior to move in date. Pets are allowed at a maximum of 2 pets. There is a non -refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet, due prior to move in. There is also a $30/pet/month fee (this is negotiable). We, the owners, will keep electricity, water, propane, internet and garbage/recycle in our name. I like to speak with possible renters on the phone prior to scheduling a tour or having you fill out an application or paying for any credit or background checks.
