Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. No parties, events, or unregistered guests without approval. Keep pets off furniture and follow pet guidelines. Guests are responsible for any damages. In compliance with HOA rules, clean up after pets is required throughout the neighborhood. The same clean-up is required when our furry guests are in the backyard. Any interior pet accidents must be communicated immediately in order to expedite cleaning service and avoid potential damages. Although pets are welcome, please do not allow furry guests access to the garage due to lawn chemicals, potential damage to lawn furniture, or pet discharge on garage cement floors. Security Deposit: $1,500 (Refundable minus any expenses for damages).
