Lessee agrees to pay for the following utility services, which need to be put into the Lessee's name: natural gas, electricity, and telephone. If any owner's association, to which the Premises are subject, discontinues providing any services to the Premises or residents in the association, then the Lessee shall be required to pay for those services as well.
