We have been working on house Since we bought it in 2009. we have put in all new kitchen cabinets. we added a 4th bedroom ( its small be great for a office or nursery ) we added a back deck. we redone both bath rooms. all appliances are 2009 or newer. 30 x40 pole barn with 5 in concrete and its own electric . I have a 2 post lift in it now and may negotiate it with the property. its a very nice and quiet neighbor hood. a few nice mature maple trees and a few that are only a few yrs old there are some ever bearing raspberry and a few wild berries. Property will be cleaned to how buyer wants after a deal is in place. property is on 8 lots which is about 1.78 acres. All is on one tax id now. In winter the roads are plowed early . there are a few out buildings that can be removed or stay depending on deal made.
