Extra storage space available in the attic, shared washer and dryer in the basement. Street parking only, plentiful after 4pm. Cats and small-medium sized dogs are welcome! about the neighborhood: quiet block on the west side, plenty of street parking, walking distance to several bars and restaurants (mint, free street tavern, ranchos etc) on niagara / grant street. A quick walk to Save A Lot & Guercios for groceries, Wegman & Tops are about a 7 minute drive.
