Has 2 water fountains on either side of porch. Renter is liable for paying all utilities. Prefer no company after 12am. No one can move in other than the people on the lease without prior approval by landlord. Dogs are allowed must be house broken. No CATS. There is a $50 fee for each dog living at residence with youthat cannot exceed 2 dogs. Call landlord with any and all problems that may arise before trying to work on it yourself. Must keep house and yard clean subject to unannounced visits by landlord.
