If tenant has pets- Pets/animals are permitted only if they are kept inside the home on this rental property. Pets/animals are strictly prohibited from being tethered, caged, or housed in the backyard, front yard, patio, front porch, or any other exterior area of the property at any time. This property has a strict 4 pet/animals only policy. There will be a non-refundable, one-time, per-pet/animal fee of $100 per pet/animal. Tenant will provide proof of up to date Rabies vaccination, and provide veterinarian's name and contact information. The tenant will be responsible for any damage, noise, or waste caused by the pet/animal. (The pet fee can be negotiable depending on what type of animal/s and how many.) This rental property will have walkthroughs done by the Landlord/s every four months after the tenant has taken up occupancy. 24 hours or more will be provided to tenant/s for any walkthroughs.
