    I have 1 cozy, yet spacious bedroom available in a huge 3 bedroom apartment. It's located in Park Slope adjacent to Prospect Park West. If you aren't familiar with the area, this is an amazing park and it's right outside the front entrance. The apartment's location is fantastic - near shops, restaurants, and transit. The available room has a window and closet - it isn't furnished. If that's a deal breaker, please let me know. You have access to the common areas which are an enormous fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. We share the spacious bathroom. You'd be living with two other people: me, 36 year old female, professional and my cousin, 23 year old male, working student. We do our own thing but also enjoy each others company. We also respect each other's space and privacy. The apartment is kept very clean and I'd ask that all spaces be kept tidy (even your room). Expectations for a roommate is a kind, respectful, individual who is responsible, dependable, trustworthy and professional. Sorry no smoking and no pets. Utilities are included: water, electric, gas, and internet (no cable). Prior to move-in I'd ask for a credit, employment, and reference check. 1st month and last month's rent plus security deposit would be required for move-in.
