My husband and I moved into this new 2800+ house two years ago. We are in our 50's and our kids have grown up and have moved out into their own places. We live on the first floor and we are renting the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Each one separately, sharing a common bathroom. There is a TV room/den/living room with a beverage refrigerator just for the second floor. Downstairs is the kitchen and the utility/laundry room. We enjoy all kinds of food. Cooking it and eating it, too. This is a smoke/drug free environment. Sorry no pets allowed. Water, gas, electricity paid. Wifi available at no extra cost. Sorry no pets.
