All utilities are included electricity, water, and high speed internet. We offer cleaning services biweekly for an extra fee specifically for your room. There are pets on the property so you must like animals. They do not go in the rooms and our dogs are kenneled on the opposite side of the house and cleaned weekly. Tenant agrees to maintain the furnishings in good condition and return them at the end of occupancy. 7. Use of Premises The premises shall be used solely as a residential dwelling. Tenant agrees to abide by all property rules and local laws. The premises must be kept clean and in good condition. 8. Access Landlord may enter the premises with reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours) for inspections, repairs, or emergencies. 9. Termination Either party may terminate this Lease by providing 30 days written notice. Early termination by Tenant may result in forfeiture of the security deposit unless otherwise agreed. 10. Miscellaneous No smoking or alcohol use is allowed in the premises. Tenant is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any injury or damage occurring on the property.
