We are looking for a 3rd responsible and clean roommate who we can get along with. There are no dogs or children at the home which provides a nice quiet place to relax from work or study. Prospective tenants must have proof of income and pay for a background check and credit check. Amenities included: 1. Full gym with free weights and a squat/bench-press station 2. Full kitchen is provided with everything you would need for cooking/baking. 3. Upstairs washer/dryer is right next to the room for rent 4.
