We're hoping to rent our home while we're on vacation until August 31st, 2026. Our place is set up as well as possible for working from home with small kids running around. We have also prioritized coziness and our own particular sense of aesthetics. It is a relatively small space, and we have worked hard to make it work for all the different things we want to do there, including raising our kids, fitness, and various creative projects. A lot of the furniture is handmade by us, and you will find our own photography on the walls. The building is friendly and quiet, with lots of families living there, and the neighborhood is pretty and unpretentious. While most daily errands can be done on foot, the public transit in the area is somewhat sparse, and it can take a long time to get to nearby universities or to other regions of the city. The rental includes a parking space big enough for 2 vehicles. This is a short term sub-lease while the tenant is on vacation. Utilities can either be a flat rate of $260 per month OR the sub-leaser can opt to pay per month based on usage. Utilities covers electric and internet. There is parking in the lot for two cars. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, Monday through Sunday. No parties.
