Fully furnished rustic 2 bedroom house close to downtown Davis. Turner Falls Park. next to RV park. Several dining and shopping options within short driving distance. Next to Harley Davids museum. The Chickasaw National Park also is only a few miles away. There are also many hiking and fishing opportunities close by. We do not live on site but a janitor/care taker is available during most hours of the day. Owner pays for water and garbage. Renter is responsible for gas/electricity. 1 small dog up to 20 lbs allowed. Parking next to the building. Smoking inside not allowed.
