It has one very large upstairs bedroom with comfortable queen bed. There is a small sink. There is room for a desk (not provided). Or a large table, available. Downstairs is living room, dining area, full bath with tub and shower and small kitchen. A very large tv. There is a large walk-in closet. Washer and dryer are located a few steps away, in my garage. A small fee for usage. There is a small porch, a patio, a lovely fully fenced yard about 30' x 50' with a charming gazebo - and rocking chair ;-) There are 2 off-street parking spaces. Rent includes all utilities. It also includes full cleaning service biweekly and bed linens changed every week. This service is by my long time, wonderful cleaning ladies. Rent includes biweekly gardener service by my wonderful gardeners. Cottage is in good condition but normal, minor wear. Unit was painted 2023, unoccupied in 2024. I am a senior, retired professor of art, still fairly active. One spayed/neutered mature dog, 15 lbs. max allowed. I have a 10 yr. old toy poodle. Reasonable compatibility would be required. Note that I am on a busy street. Yard is fully fenced but commitment to care with entry gate is required. Lease for 3 months to see if renter and unit are a good fit. Then lease is for 1 yr. Then month-to-month. $150 Late rent fee after 7 days No smoking in cottage. No parking in circle drive. $3/load laundry fee. Overloading machines will forfeit access. 1 mo. notice for departure after terms of lease. Maintenance of a minor nature will be done by renter. Maintenance of a serious nature will be done by hired professional. Causes for repairs determined per incident. Dog droppings picked up regularly.
