Bought it in 2011. Put in all new appliances, ceiling fans, carpet/vinyl throughout house. Replaced plastic skirting with cinder block, went down 6 to 8 feet with it. Just replaced central a/c with 2 stage heat pump (6/2016), SEER 16 rating. Installed 2 4 camera (night vision) security systems with the monitors in the office. Motion activated outside lights by both outside doors.
