I grew up in this house, and inherited it. Took possession January 2020. I removed everything down to the studs. All of the sheet rock from the walls and the ceiling are gone. My plan was to re-design the inside, completely rewire, and replumb. Then, put it up for rent. I have had several companies contact me wanting to buy. I will sale as is for $220,000.
