We're above the inversion, so you'll look out over the valley during the winter and be thankful that it's 10 degrees warmer and sunny, while the valley is covered in smog. The summer is 10 degrees cooler as well. Suncrest residents love the elevation. We have a fully-featured community center with a pool and hot tub available in the summer months. This home has a south-facing driveway which melts off quickly during the warmer winter days. You'll appreciate it once you experience it. We'll work with you on obtaining a snow blower and managing the snow. We've lived in Suncrest for 13 years and currently live just a mile away, so we'll be available to help with maintenance and snow removal. This home includes ample storage space both indoors and outdoors. It has a large bike shed and a fully-enclosed, finished shop space. The fridge/freezer combo is deluxe. You will love it. One of the downstairs bedrooms is currently outfitted as gym space. The owner will pay all utilities and the HOA fees. The lease term is 6 months after which the owner will attempt to sell the house.
