Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Encino, but is just a short drive from local shops and fantastic restaurants located on Ventura Blvd. The outside pool area has areas for both sun and shade so everyone is happy. Outdoor table under the covered awning with comfortable seating make it a great place both day or night for meals or games! No animals allowed without prior approval, some exceptions will be made. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars no problem and then additional parking on the street right outside the house. Safe and quiet family neighborhood in a central location to everything in LA. The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding and linens to ensure you get a good nights rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps with USB chargers.
