Total beds are: 1 King bed, 2 queen beds & 2 twin beds in the bedrooms. Queen sized air mattress, sofa for one person to sleep on. The open and bright living + dining areas feature modern minimalist furnishings and plenty of natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and features high-end appliances, plenty of counter space and everything you need to cook a great meal. Step outside and enjoy the warm weather on the artificial turf backyard, which is great for kids to play on. Take a dip in the heated pool, or lounge in the sun or shade with a cold drink. The kitchen has all the modern amenities to make your stay great for the group including a full coffee corner which includes a Keurig coffee machine and also a drip coffee machine and also french press to make sure that everyone's happy. You have a large dining table which seats eight people comfortably and outdoor dining table for 6 people. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor you also have a very nice BBQ with all utensils & everything you need to make a great BBQ meal. The home is newly constructed and as a result has a brand New Central HVAC to ensure that you are comfortable day and night. The living room boasts a 60" TV loaded with DirecTV satellite television with all the movie channels and comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (200 MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property. ALL 3 bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon, etc. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather on Southern California! Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Encino, but is just a short drive from local shops and fantastic restaurants located on Ventura Blvd. The outside pool area has areas for both sun and shade so everyone is happy. Outdoor table under the covered awning with comfortable seating make it a great place both day or night for meals or games! No animals allowed without prior approval, some exceptions will be made. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars no problem and then additional parking on the street right outside the house. Safe and quiet family neighborhood in a central location to everything in LA. The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding and linens to ensure you get a good nights rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps with USB chargers. PARKING: FREE driveway parking available for up to 2-3 cars and easy street parking outside the front door CHILDREN: Property is suitable for children and backyard artificial grass is great for them to play. Fully furnished, not available unfurnished although small changes possible. Available for mid term lease only for any time between 1-4 months. Utilities included No smoking allowed. Pets allowed on case by case basis and with additional deposit.
