It incorporates an electronically driven Seven-stage gas control system to help maintain an even and continuous heat-flow output for very stable home Temperature control and Gas Efficiency. The Gas Technology Institute and the Canmet Energy Research Centre conducted third-party performance testing of the commercially available Rinnai direct-vent wall furnace system fueled by propane. By installing the system in a real house and running it in parallel with another house using a central heating system for five consecutive weeks, researchers verified the benefits of direct-vent propane-fueled furnaces, such as lower electricity consumption and more consistent and reliable heating. There is also the in-floor radiant heat in the basement, and a wood stove that heats the whole house as well. The yard has many special areas including easy to care for perennials and meandering rock paths, 2 fire pits, and seating areas. Grow your own vegetables in the raised garden beds, and enjoy fresh fruit from the peach, apple, plum trees and grape vines. You're children can have a great learning experience with their 4-H project in the 2 portable hoop houses and fencing for your animals as well. Enjoy fresh, free-range eggs from your very own chickens!
