Hello!We are looking for someone to join a lively international household in this three bedroom, three-stories house from June 1st - or ASAP - through September 1st, with the right to renew. The roommates are a social, lively and wonderful Argentinian guy doing his PhD in medicine at MGH and a friendly, outgoing Russian girl working in education at Northeastern University. This apartment is basically a house--it's on three floors--with huge staircases, hardwood floors, and high ceilings and bay windows. The location is amazing and the landlord is super sweet and very responsive if you ever need anything. The room is very very big and fully furnished, with a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a new washer and drier in unit. Another room is used as a gym, with a multi-exercise machine, mats etc. Very useful in winter! Rent is $950+utilities and there is street permit parking that's super cheap and basically always available. We - and the landlord - would prefer someone staying beyond September. No pets, no couples. Thanks!
