Furnished medium room with closet, desk, draws, small smart tV. shared bathroom . clean , nineties dated. Kitchen living room mudroom space. laundry. ground floor in the woods. off street parking. I have to run new roommate through landlord. I am ok with month to month. solo the electricity is about $60 with a roommate its about $75. heating is fairly low running solo. Probably $700 for the year. I use Thermostat to control times etc. Garbage free, Basic internet free.
