Something comes up at your apartment, you can call them directly and we pay the bill. It's a great way to get any repairs/maintenance items taken care of quickly. We are also offering for a limited time an additional FREE parking space in our permitted lot up the block ($850 value). This lease runs June 1, 2020- May 26, 2021. Landlord pays trash, water and tenants are responsible for gas, electric, and cable/internet.
