Each floor is in the process of being equipped with additional luxuries, such as hot tubs, washing machines and dryers (one of each, shared per floor). Feel free to rent from month to month, or longer if you need, I.e., Three months, Six months, Nine months, or Twelve months. Please note, Hawaii does not allow rentering any units, including air B&B for less than 30 days. You may occupy it for less, but are required to cover at least one month. There is no mail services available, however there is a post office within a five minute drive. Please note, there are two dogs on the property, exceptionally friendly, one is a female german Shepard and the other a husky. Both are well trained service animals. If you are interested in renting with a pet/companion, you have the option of having a separate, private, fenced in area for your companion.
