very comfortable, quiet area, new roof, wood floor, new kitchen, with huge island, very well designed, all white cedar interior, impossible to duplicate.. never any mold, which is a problem in hawaii, because of cedar.. Neighborhood Description very nice, everyone knows each other, incredibly green, quiet, easy ride to hilo, and volcano, great road, free water, cool in winter and summer..
