    What's special

Any realtors or brokers who are in cahoots with this woman need to be investigated and ultimately lose their real estate license. These ads are misleading. I have pictures of the house inside and outside, the pictures shown are not accurately depicting it's true condition. The storm drain pipe is broken along with several broken pipes however this was manipulated out the photos in the listing to lure people in. These people are dishonest and desperate to make money off tenants. Do not fall victim to this scam. This whole house is literally falling apart and is deemed uninhabitable. Several complaints filed with the city. The landlord is legally blind and is a senior citizen with obvious signs of senility, and believes there is nothing wrong with her house. She's an absentee landlord who lives on Staten Island. The basement apartment hadn't been cleaned for 11 months after her tenant Thomas Molloy passed away. May he rest in peace. It is full of water bugs. There are holes and cracks in the walls and ceilings, some of these cracks are covered up with black tape and painted over. The door knob was not intact making it an easy target for home invasions. The neighbor next door who is a retired first responder said it's unsafe, he eventually moved early this year, but complained that he lived here temporarily while his house was being renovated, and told me the landlord is incredibly difficult to get along or reason with. Landlord is described as greedy and refuses to rectify any repairs. The storm drain pipe is not intact either, broke pipes, the boiler room is TOO HOT above what is considered normal, this can cause a fire. As much cleaning that was done to try to fix it up was pointless. This whole house just needs to be demolished. She is too cheap to fix the ceilings which are very old so they cover it up with tape. Unbelievable. Tacky 2 twin beds pushed together, she doesn't want you to bring your furniture, it's already furnished with outdated wood furniture with bugs feasting on it, that's destined for the trash. There is a natural allowance for normal wear and tear. Landlord also accuses people of "destroying" her property without realizing it was already destroyed from the start. How can she accuse anyone of destruction? Did she see it happen? She wants tenants to pay in cash so she doesn't have to pay property taxes, she is abusing the system, I wonder how the Social Security Administration (Disability) will feel about her unreported income. There was a family that lived here, they went to their country and never returned, they never even came to retrieve their items! A priest and his wife came to look at the apartment then they ran for the hills. No one ever stays long if they even stay at all. If the outside of the house is terrible can you imagine what the inside looks like? Those photos are deceptive. I have video footage and photographs of how this place really looks. My friend also took photos with his phone and everyone who saw them said NO ONE can live there. She may offer you some cash or a "discount" on the rent if you can provide Home Care services for her, like inject her with insulin shots, this sounds like a very odd deal in exchange for a lower rent. She tried to do this with me but I thought it was suspicious. If she's unwilling to pay to fix her home why would she pay an aide or Home Health Attendant for services? Also, if you are a person of color she will not rent to you. She asks potential tenants what their ethnicity is which is illegal. She did this to me. If she is legally blind technically EVERYONE is black.
