Guarantors are allowed but not required and can be from anywhere in the United States. Alphabet City has been exploding with new restaurants and bars. The area is awesome-Those guys who are famous for Apotheke Cocktail bar jut opened June 1st 1/2 a block away. block the other direction is Bedlam bar, and a super market. 1 Ave from Nublu, Root & Bone, Poco restaurant, Fonda, Clinton Bakery etc. Easy walking distance to the Lower East Side, Gramercy Park, etc. Tons of cool bars, pubs, shops etc. Feel free to use my website EASTVILLAGEEVERYTHING com for all night happy hours etc. TRANSPORTATION The F train at 1st & 1st street (24 hour entrance) called 2nd avenue stop is 3 avenues over. The F takes you to Central Park, Bryant Park 1 ave from Grand Central,etc. It's a quick 6 minute walk. The J,M,Z at Delancey is 6 minutes as well. The 6 train at bleeker N,R, are accessible. There is a citibike on the corner. Tired of packed subways cars during rush hour. Use the bustime ap to know exactly when the bus will be outside and use the M9 bus 20 feet away takes you to 27th and 1st ave or south to Wall street.
